Vendor-owned content
Vendors retain ownership of the product images and descriptions they upload. By listing on EthnoPlace, vendors grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display the content for marketplace purposes.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on EthnoPlace infringes your intellectual property, email legal@ethnoplace.com with a detailed notice. We will review and respond promptly.
Cultural attribution
EthnoPlace works with cultural advisors to ensure listings respect their attributed traditions. Concerns about misattribution can be sent to culture@ethnoplace.com.
